Abstract:
Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection with capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation system was used to the rapid analysis of mefenacet within 7 min. The linear response range of mefenacet was from 1.07 x 10(-8) to 5.0 x 10(-7)M with a detection limit of 4.0 x 10(-9)M. This technique was also applied to analyze residues of mefenacet in seedling and soil.
