Objective:
To investigate the effect of phloretin on inhibiting BEL-7402 cells' growth, invasive, migration and adhesion ability and the rate of colony formation.
Methods:
BEL-7402 cells' growth, invasive, migration and adhesion ability and the rate of colony formation were examined with MIT method and Costar Transwell.
Results:
Phloretin inhibited the growth, invasive, migration and adhesion ability of BEL-7402 cells and reduced the rate of colony formation in dose-dependent.
Conclusion:
Phloretin can inhibit BEL-7402 cells' malignant pheotype.
