Rheolytic thrombectomy for dural venous sinus thrombosis

Mechanical thrombectomy effectively treated cerebral venous sinus thrombosis in patients with hemorrhage or rapid neurological decline. This method restored sinus patency and achieved neurological recovery, offering a safe alternative to thrombolysis.
