Researchers identified two novel flavonoids, luteolin 7-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside-4'-O-beta-D-glucoside and quercetin 3-O-beta-D-glucoside-4'-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside, in Origanum vulgare L. These compounds were isolated from a methanolic extract using advanced analytical techniques.
