Abstract:
In vitro cell culture technology allowed examining many metabolic processes. Transfection tool of macromolecules (especially DNA) into cells permits testing gene and noncoding sequences function. Transfection procedures are widely available for researchers nowadays. This paper describes mostly used transfection techniques as well as the latest achievements in the field.
