Lamotrigine-associated reversible severe hepatitis: a case report.

Anticonvulsant hypersensitivity syndrome can cause severe liver injury. A case study shows lamotrigine-induced hepatitis resolved with supportive care, highlighting the need for hepatic function monitoring in patients starting lamotrigine.

Background:
