Summary

Software-assisted warfarin dosing significantly improved oral anticoagulation (OA) control. Time within the target international normalized ratio (INR) range increased, enhancing patient safety and treatment efficacy for atrial fibrillation, venous thromboembolism, and prosthetic heart valves.
