  • Complete surgical excision was the successful treatment.
  • No recurrence was observed at six-month follow-up.

Implications:

  • Castleman's disease is a rare but important cause of pediatric lymphadenopathy.
  • Consider Castleman's disease in the differential diagnosis of persistent childhood cervical lymphadenopathy.
