Urinary CD80 excretion increases in idiopathic minimal-change disease

Urinary soluble CD80 levels are significantly elevated in patients experiencing active idiopathic minimal-change disease (MCD). This finding suggests soluble CD80 may play a role in MCD pathogenesis and could aid in diagnosis.
