Summary

Amniotic band-limb reductions (AB-Ls) and terminal transverse limb deficiencies (TLDs) appear to be distinct conditions with different risk factors. Vasoactive exposures like smoking and aspirin are linked to AB-Ls, while decongestants and antihypertensives are associated with TLDs.
