[An exploratory study of a personality disorders questionnaire]

Background:

• Exploratory study on the French version of the Personality Diagnostics Questionnaire (PDQ-4 plus).

Purpose of the Study:

• To evaluate the French PDQ-4 plus.
• To determine if Eysenck's personality dimensions can distinguish between individuals with PDs and controls.

• 129 French undergraduate students completed the PDQ-4 plus and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire Revised-Abbreviated (EPQ RA).
• A two-stage process involving self-report questionnaires and clinical interviews was used for PD diagnosis.
• 35 students were diagnosed with at least one PD, and 84 served as controls.

• Individuals with PDs scored higher on Neuroticism than controls, particularly those with depressive or schizotypal PDs.

Conclusions:
