Abstract:
The paper discusses data on the destructive influence of super low temperatures on tissue of benign bones tumors from 91 patients. The range of low temperatures and extent of cryodestruction in instillation and cryogenic treatment of resection-related defects was investigated. An evaluation of the results of treatment (889) demonstrated the effectiveness of cryosurgery. It may be used in clinical practice as an additional means of improving ablasticity of bone resection.

Targeted Cancer Therapies
The targeted cancer therapies, also known as “molecular targeted therapies,” take advantage of the molecular and genetic differences between the cancer cells and the normal cells. It needs a thorough understanding of the cancer cells to develop drugs that can target specific molecular aspects that drive the growth, progression, and spread of cancer cells without affecting the growth and survival of other normal cells in the body.

Bone Disorders
Aging and its effect on bone remodeling is the most common cause of bone disorders. In young and healthy people, bone deposition and resorption happen at an equal rate to maintain optimal bone health.
Bone deposition is also affected by the levels of sex hormones like estrogen and testosterone that promote osteoblast activity and bone matrix synthesis. When the level of these hormones decreases due to aging, it causes a reduction in bone deposition. As a result, bone resorption by osteoclasts...
