Which Sry locus is the hypertensive Y chromosome locus?

The spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) Y chromosome has a genetic component that increases blood pressure. Research suggests the Sry gene complex, particularly the Sry3 locus, is responsible for this hypertension in SHR rats.
