• The patient demonstrated complete recovery with no urinary or rectal leakage three months after catheter removal.

Implications:

• Cyanoacrylate glue presents a viable, minimally invasive, non-surgical option for rectourethral fistula management.
• This technique may be considered before resorting to more complex surgical procedures for these fistulas.
