Interpreting the evidence: how accurate is coronary computed tomography angiography?

Coronary CT angiography (CTA) is a highly accurate tool for detecting coronary artery disease, showing 96% sensitivity and 94% negative predictive value. While excellent for ruling out disease, CTA is less accurate for assessing stenosis severity.
