PCOS, sexuality, and clitoral vascularisation: a pilot study

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in lean women does not appear to cause depression or sexual dysfunction, despite higher androgen levels. Clitoral size and blood flow remain unaffected, preserving feminine identity and sexual satisfaction.
