A rare case of persistent posttraumatic cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage, presenting as persistent rhinorrhea and otorrhea for five years after a basilar skull fracture, is detailed. Medical treatment improved symptoms, despite diagnostic imaging challenges.
