We created an efficient pipeline for analyzing genome-wide association study (GWAS) single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data. This system facilitates comprehensive analysis and visualization, enabling on-the-fly re-analysis of genetic data.

Genome-wide association studies or GWAS are used to identify whether common SNPs are associated with certain diseases.
