Background:

Pott's Puffy tumor is a rare subperiosteal abscess linked to osteomyelitis, typically complicating frontal sinusitis or trauma.
It predominantly affects the adolescent age group.

Observation:

A previously healthy 7-year-old girl presented with forehead and periorbital swelling, headache, fever, chills, and rhinorrhea.
This case involved postseptal cellulitis and the less common Pott's Puffy tumor.

Findings:

Pott's Puffy tumor can lead to severe intracranial complications, including cortical vein thrombosis, epidural abscess, subdural empyema, and brain abscess.
Venous thrombosis is attributed to frontal sinus venous derangement communicating with the dural venous plexus.
