  • The patient presented with an unprecedented osseous structure originating from the medial scapula.

Findings:

  • The unique osseous structure extended from the medial scapula to the clavicle and the occipital region of the skull.
  • This finding represents a novel anatomical variation not previously documented in association with Sprengel deformity.

Implications:

  • This case expands the understanding of anatomical variations in Sprengel deformity.
  • Further research may elucidate the developmental mechanisms and clinical significance of such rare osseous connections.
