Abstract:
Ischemic complications are extremely rare after radical pelvic surgery because of the collateral blood supply in the pelvis. We report a case of complete bladder gangrene 3 weeks after a laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with bilateral hypogastric artery ligation in a 70-year-old woman with cervical cancer.
