[A comparison of the visualization of liver metastases using sonography and dynamic computed tomography]

184 liver metastases in 30 patients were examined retrospectively and the imaging in sonography, dynamic CT and plain CT was compared. Dynamic CT is markedly superior to plain CT and sonography in respect of the delineation of liver metastases, especially also in the identification and location of diffuse metastases.
