Summary
We developed a novel forward-looking intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) catheter using capacitive micromachined ultrasonic transducers (CMUTs) and custom integrated circuits. This technology enhances cardiac electrophysiology (EP) procedure guidance by improving visualization and reducing fluoroscopy use.
