Abstract:
The physicochemical properties of thermosensitive formulations obtained on the basis of Pluronic F127 containing methotrexate are differentiated and depends on kind of additives and their concentration. To the effect of obtaining drug form which would satisfy requrements of pharmacopeia and for assurance of optimal physicochemical parameters values of formulation to their obtaining was used of excipients which bring to phisiological osmotic pressure, substances increasing of visosity, benzalkonium chloride as preservative substance and substances influencing on release of methotrexate form drug form.
