Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) is a more advanced and durable laser surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) than Greenlight Photoselective Vaporisation of the Prostate (PVP). HoLEP is suitable for all prostate sizes and urinary retention cases.
