Utility of implantable loop recorders for diagnosing unexplained syncope in clinical practice

Implantable loop recorders (ILRs) effectively diagnose unexplained syncope by capturing electrocardiogram (ECG) data during events. This prolonged monitoring is safe and identifies treatable arrhythmic causes in a significant portion of patients.
