Relationship between basilar-type migraine and migrainous vertigo.

Basilar-type migraine (BtM) and definite migrainous vertigo (dMV) share clinical similarities, differing from probable migrainous vertigo (pMV). BtM represents the most severe form of migraine-related vertigo.
