This study presents a novel approach for abdominal wall reconstruction using Wisebands and negative pressure therapy (NPT) in a patient with severe skin necrosis. The combined treatment facilitated faster wound closure without flaps, resulting in a solid abdominal wall with no complications after 18 months.
