Summary

Standardizing the display method for diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging (DWI) improved diagnostic accuracy for detecting ischemic stroke in the insular ribbon and reduced reading time. However, it did not significantly enhance overall diagnostic performance using the ASPECTS-DWI scoring system.
