Exercise-induced DNA damage: is there a relationship with inflammatory responses?

Exhaustive exercise can cause inflammation and DNA damage. This study found no direct link between DNA damage and inflammation after endurance exercise, suggesting antioxidant responses may protect against DNA damage.
