Multiple bile duct hamartomas may increase the risk of developing cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer). This study reports two such cases, highlighting a potential link between these liver conditions.

- Multiple bile duct hamartomas may represent a precursor lesion or risk factor for cholangiocarcinoma.
- Further research is warranted to elucidate the relationship between bile duct hamartomas and cholangiocarcinoma development.
