Summary

Powered endoscopic dacrycystorhinostomy (DCR) without stenting offers a high success rate for treating blocked tear ducts. This endoscopic DCR procedure demonstrates comparable outcomes to traditional methods.

  • Complications included orbital fat exposure and secondary hemorrhage in two patients.
