Examining vertebrobasilar artery stroke in two Canadian provinces

This study found no ecological association between vertebrobasilar artery (VBA) stroke incidence and chiropractic utilization. Despite a dramatic increase in VBA stroke cases in Saskatchewan, chiropractic use did not significantly rise, suggesting no direct link.
