This study found that using thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) to complete the second stage of elephant trunk procedures for extensive thoracic aortic aneurysms leads to higher completion rates and shorter hospital stays. TEVAR is a safe and feasible option for hybrid aortic aneurysm repair.
