Summary

The trapezoid rotation (TR) test and sinusoidal harmonic acceleration (SHA) test show varying agreement in detecting vestibular disorders. TR identified more abnormalities, while SHA better detected abnormal vestibular ocular reflex (VOR) gain in unilateral cases.
