Qualified "full service" in post-mortem medicine

New models and pathways are developed to create a "full service" in post-mortem medicine. Activities and services include post-mortem cell and tissue explantation for banking and transplantation purposes, preparation and preservation of tissue and organs for scientific investigations, organization and administration of a centralized tissue bank, a learning center for surgical training and implementation of new operation techniques. A high juridical and ethical approach has to be realized to find acceptance within the social and scientific community.
