Comparison between single-diode low-level laser therapy (LLLT) and LED multi-diode (cluster) therapy (LEDT)

Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) using active LEDT probes reduced muscle damage markers after exercise. However, neither LLLT nor LEDT improved exercise performance or significantly lowered blood lactate levels in athletes.
