Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the potential of CD40-targeted agents in treating Waldenström's macroglobulinemia (WM).

Main Methods:

  • Review of preclinical data and clinical trial results for CD40 antibodies (SGN-40 and HCD122).
  • Assessment of CD40 expression in WM lymphoplasmacytic cells.
  • Analysis of antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) mediated by CD40 antibodies.
