- Osteoblast-like cells showed lobed nuclei and dilated rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER).
- Undifferentiated cells had large, lucent nuclei and sparse RER/mitochondria.
- Intercellular matrix contained collagen and calcification.

- Understanding ultrastructural features aids in diagnosis.
