Background:

Thymolipomas are rare benign neoplasms of the thymus, comprising less than 10% of all thymic tumors.
A thymofibrolipoma is a histological subtype characterized by abundant fibrous connective tissue alongside adipose and thymic tissue.

Observation:

This report presents two cases of canine thymofibrolipoma.
Previous literature documented thymolipoma in one dog and one cat, but never thymofibrolipoma.

Findings:

The study documents the clinical presentation and pathological characteristics of canine thymofibrolipoma.
This represents the first description of thymofibrolipoma in veterinary literature.

Implications:

This work expands the understanding of thymic neoplasms in dogs.
It provides a basis for future research and clinical recognition of thymofibrolipoma in canine patients.
