Artichoke leave extract for chronic hepatitis C - a pilot study.

Artichoke leaf extract (ALE) did not normalize liver enzymes in patients with chronic hepatitis C. While some symptoms like fatigue improved initially, ALE showed no significant long-term benefit for liver health.
