Abstract:
The article presents an experience with operative treatment of 277 patients with Dupuytren's contracture treated at the city Center of ambulatory surgery of the hand from 1997 through 2006. The results of operative treatment of the pathology in question by different methods are analyzed. A modification of subtotal aponeurectomy is proposed.
