Summary

Botulinum toxin injections can cause temporary eyelid drooping (ptosis). This case highlights how ptosis may be a delayed side effect of cosmetic Botulinum toxin treatments, not myasthenia gravis.

  • Ptosis resolved spontaneously within six weeks after conservative management with crutch glasses.
