  • The patient required intensive care for respiratory and renal complications.
  • Bleeding complications arose due to acquired hemophilia, necessitating specialized intervention.

  • Prompt diagnosis and multidisciplinary management were essential for stabilizing the patient's critical condition.
  • Treatment for presumed SLE improved her autoimmune status, but acquired hemophilia presented a life-threatening challenge.
  • Integrated care successfully resolved complications and stabilized the patient's multiple autoimmune conditions.

Implications:

  • This case highlights rare presentations of SLE and the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of co-existing autoimmune diseases.
