Objective:
To report a new technique of laparoscopic ovarian drilling using a 5-Fr bipolar electrode.
Design:
Retrospective study (case series).
Setting:
University hospital.
Patient(S):
Patients presenting with polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Intervention(S):
Laparoscopic ovarian drilling using a 5-Fr bipolar probe.
Main Outcome Measure(S):
Feasibility of operative technique.
Result(S):
No perioperative complication was noted.
Conclusion(S):
We describe a new technique of laparoscopic ovarian drilling using a bipolar electrosurgical probe.
