Endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) enhances bronchoscopy by enabling visualization of structures beyond the airway lining. This technique, including real-time transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA), significantly improves diagnostic accuracy for lung lesions and lymph node staging.
