  • No specific imaging features were identified, but a tendency for large size and mediastinal/paravertebral location was observed.
  • Consideration of RTs in the differential diagnosis of infantile soft-tissue tumors, alongside rhabdomyosarcoma, is recommended based on CT and MRI findings.
