- Microscopic findings included necrotizing granulomas with prominent histiocytic infiltration.
Implications:
- This case highlights the importance of considering HNL in the differential diagnosis of cervical lymphadenopathy.
- Early diagnosis and recognition of this self-limiting condition can prevent unnecessary invasive investigations.
