Abstract:
In the present experimental study, the A. put in evidence a very important aspect for the management and the organization of the Public Health Service: the definition and the control of the "quality care". After a short introduction, the A. explains the methods and the results of the study: in the discussion the A. emphasizes the lacks and the qualifying aspects of the present study.
