    Summary

    The first diode-pumped Neodymium-doped Barium Yttrium Fluoride (Nd:BaYF) laser achieved 2.4 W output power. This efficient laser demonstrated excellent beam quality and minimal thermal lensing, indicating high optical crystal quality.
